Booking a session is easy! Simply click on 'Book Your Shoot' in the navigation menu, select your preferred photography package, choose a date and time that works for you, and complete the booking form. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details within 24 hours.
We offer a wide range of photography services including portrait photography, wedding photography, event coverage, product photography, real estate photography, and commercial shoots. Each service can be customized to meet your specific needs and preferences.
The turnaround time varies depending on the type of shoot. Typically, you'll receive your edited photos within 2-3 weeks for standard sessions, 4-6 weeks for weddings, and 1-2 weeks for commercial projects. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your vision and preferences with us. Whether you prefer natural, bright and airy, moody and dramatic, or vintage styles, our professional editors can accommodate your requests. We also offer revision rounds to ensure you're completely satisfied.
You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit 50% of the booking fee. For weather-related cancellations, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative date at no additional cost.
Our packages include professionally edited high-resolution images. Raw files are not typically included as they require significant post-processing. However, if you need raw files for specific purposes, they can be purchased as an add-on to your package for an additional fee.

You'll need to submit a portfolio, complete an application, and pass our quality review process. Successful applicants receive ongoing support and access to our client network.
All our photographers use professional-grade equipment including full-frame DSLR or mirrorless cameras, professional lenses, lighting equipment, and backup gear to ensure we capture the highest quality images regardless of conditions. Specific equipment may vary by photographer and shoot type.
